Murat v Tanner? Wasn't that the court case that was never listed in any official court records?  IRC, one of the lawyers searched through them but couldn't find it?

But the OP was a quote from Blacksmith...
blacksmithbureau.blogspot.co.uk

NB: I find that a gruesome expression. Some kid may find that a cool thing to try if adults find it acceptable.

the op was, as usual behaviour from the op, not a total quote, as for chastising me for saying some kid might be reading here and stick needles in their eyes, LOL, carana as funny as you sayng a citizen of portugal might not know ther own 999 number

We all find different things funny, or less so. Personally, I can think of less gruesome ways of describing the extent to which one disagrees with someone else.

On the 112 issue: Didn't you say the other evening that you weren't aware of 112 as an emergency number in the UK?

Whats the uk to do with it? lenora cipriano would have known her own countries 999 number, end of, that she failed to ring police ever when her 8 yr old baby was missing for hours and hours is testament to her deviant mindset

According to the legal summary (if it's correct...), Leonor no longer had any credit on her phone. They'd searched around the area and when she checked with the lady in the shop, the lady called the GNR on her behalf.

aq) between 10.30 and 11 p.m., the arguida BB joined her partner II and MM, to whom she reiterated that CC was missing, and only at that point in time did she go to "Pastelaria ....." and asked the owner (NN) if CC had been there, then saying that she had disappeared;

ar) nevertheless, the arguida didn’t inform the police authorities about anything, despite there being GNR officers on duty in Figueira, because a popular fair called “Mussels Party” was taking place, and it was the third person (NN) that did it by telephone, at around 0.44 a.m. on the 13th of September, when she heard that the arguida hadn’t done so yet, and it was following said telephone call that the arguida ended up talking to GNR officers near the church in Figueira;

as) at that point in time the arguida said she hadn’t phoned because she had no credit on her mobile phone;

Was her phone checked?

Carana, what was the use to tell you the ex national emergency number, 115, was still in use up to 2007 ? And without charge.
Inicialmente o número nacional de emergência era o 115, e até 2007 era possível obter ligação às centrais de emergência usando o 115 em vez do 112.
