Don't be silly. I haven't mentioned Mr Harrison.
Of course you didn't, you wouldn't dare ! But Prof Harrison MBE supervised the operation and if you suspect Mr Grime of cleverhansing his dog, you attack Prof Harrison MBE.

And Keela did sniff the clothes that Eddie alerted to in the gym.

2. Between 23h30 and 23h40 items from the box labelled 'common room' were inspected by the blood dog without result.
- At 23h41 the cadaver dog began its inspection and 'marked' some clothing on the edge of the area. The inspection ended at 23h52 with the clothing having been collected for later direct examination and photographic report.

What I find odd about the clothes search is that it's not clear which clothes Eddie was actually reacting to. Grime didn't have the list, and the list doesn't seem to quite correspond to his alerts (nor indeed which reaction was considered valid: tossing items up in the air and barking, or simply barking when he was near them).

We have no evidence that Keela did not react.

Mr Grime in his voice over says that Eddie reacts to airborne scents that accumulate in dead air spaces whereas Keela is trained to react to blood partilces/odor on objects.

See first video above.

SO far no evidence at all of Keela being deployed in the bedroom or on the clothes.

YAWWWWWN

keela was deployed into the bedroom And did NOT react, ERGO no blood

From
30.24 here and it is ALSO true she was sent over the clothes and
never reacted done half  your donkeywork now off u go and do the rest

I can see why the AG and SY take no notice of it. A defence barrister would tear it apart.
With a little effort to read the AG report, you wouldn't say so.
D - Dog searches and Constitution of Gerald McCann and Kate Healy as arguidos
...Confronted with these elements, namely the possibility of the existence of a cadaver in the apartment and in the vehicle that was used by the parents, founded suspicions of their involvement were raised.
As they were summoned to depose again, while there was no plausible explanation for those situations and as they were to be confronted with the dogs' findings and with the lab information, which were susceptible of rendering them responsible as authors of crimes (at least, of neglectful homicide and of concealment of a cadaver), they were, obligatorily and inexorably, made arguidos, in strict obedience to article 59 nr. 1 of the Penal Process Code;

The instigator of the dog operation, Prof Harrison MBE, read the reports of all the police forces before organizing the operation. It's in the files.

BUT it continues to say.........

"The constitution of Gerald and Kate McCann as arguidos at that moment is nothing more that the practical fulfilment of the right to defence of those arguidos, which is to say, to ensure their concrete rights to "co-determine or conform the process' final decision. Said rights assume consistency and effectiveness, according to the new Code, right after the moment of constitution as an arguido, and therefore, still during the inquiry and the instruction." - Professor Jorge de Figueiredo Dias, "Sobre os sujeitos processuais no novo Código de Processo Penal" Jornadas de Processo Penal, CEJ, Livraria Almedina, 1988, p 28."

I see it now.

Just when someone insists something is true and then avoids giving any cites, it is natural to assume they are mistaken or lying. If she had posted that hours ago, we would not have wasted so much time.

Given your posts this morning about defaming the McCann's you've not done a bad job yourslef this afternoon defaming Grime.

If you think about it logically if he has a dog which alerts to cadaver and blood and a dog which alerts to blood only then it makes sense they both have to be deployed to determine the nature of the alert.

As Grime himself stated:

My professional opinion as regards to the EVRD's alert indications is that it is
suggestive that this is 'cadaver scent' contaminant. This does not however
suggest a motive or suspect as cross contamination could be as a result of a
number of given scenarios and in any event no evidential or intelligence
reliability can be made from these alerts unless they can be confirmed with
corroborating evidence.

Given your constant defamation of him, and your clear slating of his work i suggest you alert his current employers, the FBI, post haste and set them straight.

Eddie reacting and keela not reacting is about a two out of three chance of being correct and a one out of three chance of being incorrect.

Could you tell me where that quote from grime comes from. It does not appear to be the original and it looks as though you or your source has altered it.

Why should I apologise.

If you had provided cites, there would have been no problem, but your failure to support your arguments led to a wasted afternoon trawling through evidence.

I am not here to make your life easy, but if you make unsupported statements, you must expect to be seen as a fool or a liar.

I am still waiting for three cites from last night!

My three cites from last night? Ey? Wasnt on last night and especilly with u around

Oh and why dont you  admit you were wrong, keela went over the parents room And the clothes, this has been a fact for five years, do keep up

because you are lapse doesnt give u the right to  say  others are liars LOL...as i said keep up and
i find your accusations offensive, i always backup what i say here, as a fact, you should be thankful and grateful  and not  derisory ta

No its not an epic fail, just above this grime states

It is my view that it is possible that the EVRD is alerting to 'cadaver scent'
contaminant or human blood scent. No evidential or intelligence
reliability can  be made from this alert unless it can be confirmed with corroborating
evidence. The remainder of the vehicles were screened by the EVRD without
any interest being shown. Therefore the CSI dog was not further deployed.

So there's a contradiction.

I am not sure of the accuracy of the whole thing as it is an anti McCann site. I would like to see the original in Portuguese, I will look for it.

Yes I have difficulty working out how they decided which clothes he alerted to  - IIRC some he picked, then he walked over some and then I believe he had something else in his mouth but didn't pick it up.   I also find it odd that all the clothes that he supposedly alerted to  - came out of the same box.     That's a might big coincidence considering the whole wardrobe of a family of four was packed into various boxes.

The notion that innocence prevails over guilt – when there is no evidence to the contrary – is what separates civilization from barbarism.    Unfortunately, there are remains of barbarism among us.    Until very recently, it headed the PJ in Portimão. I hope he was the last one.
