5 - The obvious and well-known advantages of immediate appreciation of evidence, or in other words, the fulfilment of the principle of contiguity of evidence in order to form a conviction, as firm as possible, about what was seen by Jane Tanner and the other interposers, and, eventually, to dismiss once and for all any doubts that may subsist concerning the innocence of the missing [child's] parents.

We believe that the main damage was caused to the McCann arguidos, who lost the possibility to prove what they have protested since they were constituted arguidos: their innocence towards the fateful event; the investigation was also disturbed, because said facts remain unclarified.

And that's the point love about the Archiving report. It was written by a civil servant. It is his interpretation of the facts.

It carries no weight under law - it has no judicial authority, which means that you can't then claim it "cleared" the McCann's, can you?

Who translated the files

I believe it was Astro.

Please provide your correct translations then if you think they are wrong, or withdraw the accusation that the AG report was mistranslated.

You either have evidence to support your assertion or you're making it up, which is it?

Good, glad you accept that as many of your fellow McCann supporters believe, and as Clarence tried to spin (and indeed Carter Ruck put in writing) that this report "cleared" the McCann's when it did no such thing.

Oops! Goldfish time again!

We're back to judicial and investigative procedures here.

They have not been charged but they have not proven their innocence to the investigation and the AG report was summarising the investigation, not a court case.

Remember Leicestershirte Police's statement in open court?

That's where the case against the McCann's is essentially up to in Portugal.

But they wouldn't be would they? A quick check of their passports would show they weren't in America that day.

Bingo! They have "proven their innocence" in that case!

You are finally catching up!  8((()*/
