I cannot imagine what the cop who never even spoke to them might have to contribute to a reconstruction.

Thankfully Scotland Yard are not merely concentrating on the parents as he was but having ruled out the parents have not simply given up and have discovered all those leads that Amaral and his team clearly missed.

Unless they lead to finding Madeleine or what happened to her I'm afraid these 'leads' mean absolutely nothing.

Aren't you just a little concerned gilet that announcing these 'leads' to the public when they have not been fully investigated may put Madeleine, if she is still alive, in danger ?

As this is in the Daily Fail I won't build my hopes up too high.

Still, it would be great news if progress was being made.

Not at all. Because unlike many anti McCanns I retain some faith in the officers of Scotland Yard and I believe they know what they are doing. Announcing these leads and exposing them on Crimewatch will be something they have considered very carefully.

And I am not aware that the kind of question you are using here has been used by you or anyone else for that matter in regard to other Crimewatch reconstructions. Are you seriously suggesting that programme is dangerous or is that just an anti McCann kneejerk response to this announcement?

That sounds promising

That chap who gave an interview following his resignation as Chief Inspector in charge of th review  (  can't think of his name sorry  )  said that a  'forensic'  examination of  phone acitivity during those last crucial days was an inportant investigative lead

Three people  eh  ?  ... and the Yard know who they are  ?

Ah the digs!

Only to be expected from those who cannot get past certain notions.

Of course the Yard know who they are. They have bothered to conduct a thorough and professional investigation, the kind that would have been beneficial to Madeleine 6 years ago.

Is that a deliberately cryptic clue to something or is it supposed to be clear what you mean?
