Newby question re drug tests
« on: October 16, 2013, 02:07:58 PM »
New here so sorry if this has been covered. Is it true that the parents refused a drug test on their two kids? If so, does anyone know if the local police had the power to force a drugs test and, if so, was any explanation given by the police as to why they did not go down that route?. Also, keeping in mind that the parents are convinced of an abduction and that the suspect(s) would have had up to 29 mins free access to all of the kids, would not any parent want their kids to have a full and thoughough medical check ASAP including toxicology checks? (especially parents with a medical background?)
PS thanks for all the previous posts, reveting reading

Ignore me at your pleasure - people are more than willing to discuss things over and over again on this forum.

In the real world it is called going round in circles and getting no-where.

And there is a reason for that! Is there not? Ie the rubix cube has not been completed, not quarter of a way, not half way, if you know the solution do post it........

Welcome to the forum Pat.

You raise an interest question about testing.  I might be wrong in this but I am not aware of any test results being included within the files.  To answer the second part of your question, the Portuguese police could have ordered testing especially as they were suspicious  but again I believe they didn't do so.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

is this thread in pretence mode?

I am sure that John and red have commented on the drugs aspects in the past and there was a full and active debate about it.
