I read today that the McCanns are calling this latest discovery that tractorman could have been involved in Madeleines abduction as pure speculation.  No surprises there then since if Madeleine is dead the cash cow disintegrates.

But on the bright side it would get them off the hook!!

Has anyone noticed that the suspects are being cleared one by one?  Tannerman or Bundleman was the prime suspect and now 5 years on he has been uncovered as an innocent.  Then we have Smithman and the 5 year suppression of files. Now apparently two Crimewatch viewers have put a name to this man but no arrests, another innocent but nameless individual??

With every passing suspect the abduction story itself begins to look even more SUSPECT..

SO – What reason did you have to comment on this case?
MF says that first it is his job.  He does it professionally because he has experience of being a police inspector and has connections with the police. In this particular case he says that very early he claimed that the police were making errors.

SO – Why?

MF Because they should have considered all the possible hypotheses instead of restricting the investigation to the prefabricated idea of abduction.

This could possibly be another reason the case has been reopened. SY are working closely together with the Portuguese and any decision to reopen would have their backing IMO. It's quite a coincidence that it's been reopened not long after SY released those Efits on Crimewatch. This could be the ace up their sleeve but further investigation and evidence is required. We don't know what is happening in the background and while everyone is watching and commenting on the Portuguese operation, SY can concentrate on Smithman i.e. their main suspect. Very smart move if true.

Smithman is the one they are concentrating on.  He is the last one and the one who will lead them to where Madeleine went and by which route.  Via that to the master perp.

Maddie case: PJ has already carried out the first requests of the rogatory letter asked by the English

Everything that has come out in Correio da Manhã, and was today echoed in the UK media with extras that do not appear in the original article, is part of the rogatory letter requests sent by the English police, being carried out by a six man team of the PJ in Faro, who are working exclusively within the scope of that rogatory letter and nothing else.

If Correio da Manhã was correct with the articles that they have published that means that even the search for Maddie's body, the questioning of witnesses, the paedophiles lead, the gipsy lead, the dead Ocean Club worker lead who was revealed today has being an immigrant from Cape Verde - and who for obvious reasons looks nothing like the e-fit suppressed by the McCanns in 2008, the triangulation of cell phones and phone masts and the reconstitution are all part of those requests made by the English authorities to the Portuguese.

A Judiciary Police team has not yet been constituted to work in the process since it was reopened by the Public Ministry, that is, the official PJ investigation to the Maddie case has not yet been resumed.
