Grime says the dogs alerts have no evidential value...which part of that statetment do you and others not understand..its quite simple

Which part do you not undersatand.

The dogs alerts are still evidence, but the FORENSICS do not prove they were MADELEINE'S REMAINS. Merely inconclusive.

The case remains 'type of crime unknown' ferryman.

Can you give the link you mention ?

It's all in Harrison's report.

You've just got to read it.

He offered to consider other possibilities or scenarios on request.

There's no record he was ever requested to do so.

That is not known, as you well know.

Personally I think Madeleine was abducted bu a person or persons unknown.

A belief and no more than a belief.

Interviewer: "... and the parents find her."
Mr Amaral: "The mother. It is the mother who finds ..."

That is one of several examples in Mr Amaral's theory where he makes a categorically incorrect deduction.

People are not doubting an abduction for the fun of it........many thousands of people have followed the case from the start because it concerns a small child ......

people spew hate at Goncalo Amaral because he seeks truth and justice for a child,............

[Purely speculative comment removed]

maddie did nothing to deserve what happened to her ...apart from trust her parents ..to keep her safe ....they didn't..

Always listen to both sides of the story before you judge.

Focus – How do you defend the "accidental" death?

G.A. – There is indicia behind the sofa [of the McCanns' living room]. The sofa is under a window that looks onto the street, which is three or four metres high. It is normal behaviour, and justice deals with normal behaviour, that the parents would have moved the sofa away from the window, given the fact that they had small children and alone at home. The window was easy to open and the shutters were not functioning…

Focus – But why "accidental"?

G.A. - I don't say it's accidental. Up to that moment, we could only reach an accidental death, because we had not worked on the rest yet. We had yet to understand what had happened there. Cadaver odour and blood from the child appear next to the sofa. Death has presumably taken place there. There are no doubts that it is a death and that it took place on that spot. We are not going to say that the mother did this or that, that would really be speculating, the only hypothesis is the accidental death. In the continuation of the investigations is where we could go further or not.

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Any investigator would if they thought a death was covered up. You don't cover up and get rid of the body for a tragic accidental death but murder, child abuse etc. and for no autopsy to be performed YES.

Operation Grange is  conducted by the Homicide & Serious Crime Command, so presumably they aren't discounting murder either.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

There is a difference between suspicion and knowing. The police look at the picture in small pieces-place them together and see what they come up with-they suspect such and such may have happened and then they try to make a case-seek witnesses and procure evidence.

That is what police do!  Should they make an exception in this case? I mean how cruel can a police force be to suspect parents of any wrong doing

The West family-murdered their daughter, and others
Phill and maraid Potts  burned their 6 children alive...Oh I can't bring myself to add any more it is too distressing-but you get my point?
The police suspected then- investigated.

It may not have been pre meditated murder-it could have been- Maddie fell and banged her head and when they found her dead they panicked.. OR, Maddie found some pills and swallowed them thinking they were sweets-again, the parents find her dead and panic..all very plausible scenarios, along with many more I could mention. All worth investigating. It would be easier finding a body or something with definitive match to Maddie being in a place where it was not her 'normal' place to be in her holiday duration.

Police should ALWAYS be suspicious, it is part of their job to be.

The police should always be suspicious and investigate parents. They should rule out or charge as soon as possible. The PJ failed to do this. SY will have done things properly
