dave is    a bit  dim isnt he  most  2 and 3 year olds are more then capable of eaing in a  eating place  dave must be of the old school thought that children should not be seen!!!

my niece has ate out  with us  all her life   and she is 2   and  when she  was   10 months old we were out for tea and she was the star attraction

Perhaps you may wish to advise the family who took their 11-month-old child to eat with them to eat at Tapas evening 1st May and who then repeated that same act evening 2nd May, that exposing such a young child to the boredom of a family meal together two nights in a row was not a good idea?

And what do you think of another family, who not only took their under-one with them to a Tapas family meal evening 2nd May, but also employed the technique (which even the Spanish Inquisition never dared to employ), of asking for a highchair, so that the child would be restrained and unable to escape the boredom?

pegsus most eating places here in australia have childrens playgrounds  inside  in a room for toddlers and children  right next to the eating place i  have played  with my niece in them lots of times kids love being out with other kids

they have those play areas because young children get bored in restaurants....even in Australia...thats exactly the type of restaurant I regularly take my kids to...outdoor play area if possible...

Did the company have a duty of care to install an outside play area next to Tapas restaurant?
Should they have installed a nice area of grass next to the restaurant so if kids got bored during a family meal, one of the adults could have simply got up from the table mid-cource and supervised the kids playing on the grass next to the restaurant?
