Rachael Oldfield was next door for the whole of the previous night.    If there had been any prolonged crying from next door she would have heard it.   Agreed?

Yet Madeleine had to ask her Mummy why she hadn't come to her aid when she and Sean were crying continuously ? As per Kate's statement ? Either Kate is lying or Rachael didn't hear, agreed?
Thankfully Pamela Fenn DID hear !

She has legs and a mighty voice, you know.

She certainly had legs BUT how do YOU know she had a "mighty voice" ?

Maybe you should read the files.  Mrs. Fenn claimed to have heard ONE child crying not two, and  on the 1st not the 2nd May.

If you believe Mrs Fenn could hear a child crying below, then why would you doubt that Rachael Oldfield would hear children crying next door?  That makes no sense.

The notion that innocence prevails over guilt – when there is no evidence to the contrary – is what separates civilization from barbarism.    Unfortunately, there are remains of barbarism among us.    Until very recently, it headed the PJ in Portimão. I hope he was the last one.

Why did Kate state that Madeleine asked why she didn't come when she AND Sean were crying ?
I would believe an independent witness 99% of the time btw !

Why don't you acknowledge that you were wrong about Mrs Fenn and that you had got the dates wrong? Also Mrs Fenn heard one child crying NOT two.   How do you link that to Madeleine saying she and Sean were crying?

It's a channel 4 despatches documentary made shortly before the DNA test results were due back from the UK I believe. I didn't actually want to post a hideho video but I could not find a link to the documentary anywhere else. IMO this is a quality documentary, but you have to consider it was made some time ago and the time period...

I'll have a look again at the video when I have a sec and think about your points!

I don't need to link it, the children's mother *cough* did it for me !

In their statements Bridget O’Donnel and Jes Wilkins are recorded as saying that their child had been unwell and had cried continually for two nights.

Mrs Fenn made her statement on the 20th of August 2007, which is a considerable time after the event for such a material witness.

There is absolutely no way of knowing what she heard and even more important … when she may have heard it.

Therefore it is ridiculous to claim it was either Madeleine or her siblings as there is absolutely no evidence to support that.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

I thought the date Mrs Fenn heard the crying was in fact corrobated by someone else... A friend perhaps...

Agreed. and absolutely incredible that the PJ didn't see fit to interview the McCanns 'next door neighbour' as a matter of urgency.  Total incompetence IMO.

I shall repeat the question-

Did Kate McCann state that Madeleine asked her why she did not come to her and Sean's aid when they were crying continuously, Yes or No ?
