No libel committed as no names mentioned. Of course if certain poster wish to imagine that I was posting about specific individuals, that is their choice.

What horseshit, pardon mon francais.  I think you'll find the implications of your post speak loud and clear and your "no names mentioned" defence on a forum set up specifically to discuss the disappearance of Madeleine McCann would hold zero weight in a libel court *innocent face*  8**8:/:

So it seems all trace of my hypothertical scenario has been removed. The faithful ask us to post our theories and when we do they pull them. Where's the sense in that ?

I did notice before it was whooshed however that there was not one coherent rebuttal of by the faithful of its content so I'll start off.

I don't think an disappearance could have happened in the way you posted because...............?

I look forward to your answers.

The bottom line remains with these McCann supporters.......

With No abduction, all roads lead to the McCann's.

Found it.

"A British man at the tapas bar where the McCanns dined gave a statement saying how he spoke to an English woman who told him she had heard a “breaking noise” about the time that Madeleine was taken."

What breaking noise would that be when nothing was found broken? It would say a vehicle if it was.
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Then rebut it.

I have already done so, though I'm not the slightest bit surprised that passed you by.

I've also been ticked off for going off-topic.

You want to be wiped out completely, start a separate thread on the subject and see if you can get it past the board censors.

I'll wipe the floor with you again ...

You said my hypothetical theory was 'crap' etc etc. You didn't at any point put forward any rebuttal. If you think my scenario is impossible, tell me why.

What breaking noise would that be when nothing was found broken? It would say a vehicle if it was.
IMO the woman did not know the cause of the "breaking noise" she heard.
Maybe glass or crockery? They can easily produce what would be described as a "breaking noise"
If an RTA made a "breaking noise" it would suggest glass but no-one found any glass outdoors so that rules it out.
