Just remind us of the points of contention that the Judge says has not been proved ?

NOT PROVED.....

e.g. The book has not harmed the search for Madeleine.

We seem to be losing sight of the fact that the writ (according the bit The Mirror was allowed to print) was for damages for:
Madeleine (ca 450k),
Drs McCann(ca 225k each)
Amelie and Sean (ca 85k each)
The unit of currency seems to have been movable feast in what has been published down the years.
So has the claim for Madeleine been allowed?
Has it been proven that Amelie and Sean are entitled to damages?
It seems to me on the basis of what are told has been proved the pickings will be slim.

The questions are   how important? and what will be the outcome and for that we must wait for the final gripping installment.

But apparently not to any great extent. Exactly what that means remains to be seen.

the judge did not say"not to any great extent"........it remains to be seen how much damage the judge considers has been caused by the book but good to see you accept that the judge thinks damage was caused

The book would cause trouble for them guilty or innocent or both!!

I wouldn't dream of disputing what the judge said - why should I ?

It was inevitable that a story about two doctors whose daughter disappeared while on holiday with them would catch the public eye in the way it did.  Traditionally the title Dr has attracted much respect within communities but in return those endowed with such a title are expected to behave in a manner which befits that title.  Unfortunately, relatively recent events where doctors and GP's have fallen foul of the law has left a very bad taste with said public.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.
