  • Why are some folks so sick in the head!!!
The documents came from Isabel Duarte's email, so it was a deliberate leak from her.

Can you prove that, Montclair? How was it she had the results by email, to be able to forward them.
Anne Guedes said, the sentence will be notified to each lawyer by mail. I presume that meant by post.

I certainly don't.     The idea that Kate would be stupid enough to sit down and decide to make up a big fat lie to include in her book - knowing that insodoing she was spreading the word to two police forces and the OC reception staff that she was a huge liar is preposterous.   She had nothing to gain and everything to lose by telling such a massive lie IMO.

I doubt it as well but when she says the Media invented the name MaddY when family and friends, ocean club staff and even the twins call her that she can be pretty stupid sometimes. She called Sean SeanY.

That's rather a pedantic view and taking her too literally IMO.   I have a relative called James.  As he grew older people began calling him Jim,  I have often been known to complain that I am the only person left in the world who insists on calling him James (a lovely name IMO).    However, that isn't strictly true - as I have actually called him Jim on the very odd occasion.   Very seldom indeed - but it has happened.  Does that make me stupid or a liar?   I don't think so.

I think you're nitpicking.

The notion that innocence prevails over guilt – when there is no evidence to the contrary – is what separates civilization from barbarism.    Unfortunately, there are remains of barbarism among us.    Until very recently, it headed the PJ in Portimão. I hope he was the last one.

If you claimed he was never called Jim you would be a liar.

Where has Kate claimed her daughter was never called Maddie?

Definitely nitpicking ... I used to call the James in my family Séamus ... which he hated and had tantrums about when he was a small child probably about Madeleine's age when she disappeared.
He insisted on his proper name.

It is my understanding that it was Madeleine who disliked the shortening of her name.  I notice her parents signed her in as Madeleine on the sheets for the OC children's club.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

"we never called her Maddie" is not the same as "she was never called Maddie".
