Why?  You are the one making a claim that there are more indications of death in the apartment than there are for any other scenario so where was this conclusion officially reported?  Over to you.

Why did Amaral investigate the sightings that came in if he didn't think she might have been abducted?

I didn't realise we weren't supposed to come to our own conclusions?

LOL.  So, it is merely your opinion that there are more indications of death in the apartment than for any other scenario?  Fine, as long as you're not trying to make out that your opinion is based on anything remotely resembling the facts.

You make it sound as if it was a case a lone detective slaving away. I believe the investigation was carried out by a team, the leader of which, for a short time, was Amaral.

Amaral was in charge when the sightings were investigated.

I have based my conclusions in the facts.

I have based my conclusions in the facts.

Perhaps if you took time to study the facts properly ... you would reach a more informed conclusion.

I have based my conclusions in the facts.
But not on any conclusions reached by the PT AG in his final report.  Why do you think you're in a better position than he to decide what occurred in the apartment?

no evidence of death in the apartment...to say there is ...is lies

So SY are adding to the lies and misleading others who may believe it in stating that Madeleine may not have been alive when she left the apartment ?

Should they not have mentioned that possibility at all in case the search for a living findable child is hindered?

In the real world neither of Madeleine's parents are chained up in a dungeon ... while Scotland Yard and the Polícia Judiciária are looking for an abductor who is a stranger to the family.  Interesting to say the least.

Then there is the seldom mentioned elephant in the room ... ARGUIDOS.

Who may have abducted her corpse from the apartment..........Let`s not forget to keep that possibility in mind.
