Quite clever, I thought.

I didn't think Alfred was into tits.

P.S. Alfred was the one who mentioned tits in the first place.

It was only a play on words, Stephen.  Just a brief bit of fun.

Happily not.  But then I don't take to twitter making controversial comments about junior doctors 12 days before having a major operation......

I really cannot think of anything more stupid.

I know.  Amusing sometimes, isn't it.

However, Back On Topic or I will be in trouble.  And you wouldn't want that, would you.

It's ok, it won't be done by a junior doctor, they hardly do any operations these days. (Straight from a FRCS)

Perhaps the dossier compilers, Brunt and Sky should have considered the consequences of their actions.

As to Ms. Hopkins she has a bit of a gob on her, but that is what gets her noticed, which is what she wants.

That is true.  A consultant will doubtless wield the knife ( or more accurately the sharpend spoon for scooping the bits of brain out).

But chances are the aneasthetics will be given by a registrar.  And the aftercare by registrar or senior houseman.  Not wise to p*ss of the people providing you with 24 hour care.

Imagine the harm Katie Hopkins has done to her own kids by her insistence on being Britain's Queen of the Trolls.  How they must suffer in the playground as a result of their own mother's attention-seeking antics.

How do you explain alfred, that many people clearly agreed with her commentsas regards the mccanns, as we can see in the Mail comments section on the story ?

Of course thousands of people agreed with her, as they do on many of the vile things she writes.  All it means is that there's lots of hateful people in the world, which we already knew.  I pity her poor kids, imagine having a mother like that intent on stirring up hatred at every available opportunity.  They must get ribbed about it mercilessly, unless she has chosen to home school them??

Oh for goodness sake,  haven't you got it yet , simply a lot of people don't believe the mccanns and whilst they have every sympathy for Madeleine are sicked and tired of those two parents who clearly neglected their children being made icons in the press.
