in you opinion however I think you'll find that their holiday was marketed as a family holiday and that kids clubs and creches exist to cater for families. You may be one of those parents who can't bear to be separated from their children for more than 10 seconds but not everyone is the same, it doesn't mean the parents don't love and care for their kids. Where do you stand on working mothers whose kids spend all day in nurseries? Less in love with their kids than those who spend all day drudging at home for them I bet!
OH this is one of those forums then, where if a differing opinion happens things quickly go personal? great :D
My opinion on working mothers is that they do what they have to do to get by. Of course it doesn't mean they love their children any less than non-working parents. Sorry your bet is wrong.
Also I can leave my kids for 10 seconds thanks..have used creche facilities before on holidays. What I have not done is chuck the kids into the creche at all hours imaginable and then put them to bed, leave them alone so I can go out with the adults, not giving a second thought to the babies I am abandoning.
Also, my point about not loving the kids had NOTHING to do with the creche. I simply stated that a parent who would willingly put their child in the position that Madeleine was in that night, IMO does not love their kids as a parent should. Not sure why its been twisted beyond all recognition now but oh well...
