Proof that you DO partly blame the 15 year old victim in this case, she is certainly not blameless according to your paragraph above.

I was talking about the modern trend to see women as always innocent and men as always guilty as opposed to the opposite being true when I was young. Note WOMEN not girls.
I also talked about pedophiles not being attracted to teenage girls which makes accusing the footballer of being a pedophile incorrect.
I apologise if I confused you by discussing two different issues in the same paragraph.
The girl behaved foolishly. She did what teenage 'groupies' have always done; threw herself at someone she was infatuated with. Mature men know better than to get involved with such girls, (jail bait they used to call them) and the infatuation passes with no-one getting hurt. In this case the man was also foolish and took it too far. As he is the one who was old enough to know better he is the one to blame. But he isn't a paedophile.
