I seem to remember my daughter needing a training seat to use an adult toilet at that age, Pegasus.
I'm thinking about the age of the twins & wondering at what stage Madeleine was potty/toilet trained (what sort of a conversation is this?!!!)
ETA She may well have been in pull-ups at night still, or using them for the holiday.

Hmmm, yes....but I doubt she sat on the seat without help. I may be wrong---it's been many a long year since the age of the potty here---but I'd bet she had a night-time pull-up on in case of any little accident.

Now with this, I have an issue between the crime scene photos taken on 4th May & the cadaver dog videos filmed in August. One shows a switch on the outer wall, the other doesn't (unless my eyes deceive me).

Interesting. For a start here is GM operating the child bedroom light switch with his left hand. That switch is very low, easily reached by a small child. Source: Cutting Edge film.
