For Sheila to have committed the crime with the silencer attached, which the evidence says she did, she would have to -

Insert the silencer on pre massacre:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.
Very unlikely Sheila would have the opportunity to do this.

Chamber the rifle:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Fire 11 accurrate shots at static and moving targets:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Fight Neville while holding the rifle by the aga:

Impossible for Sheila to not be marked.
Very unlikely Sheila would win.

Reload the rifle again:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Chamber the rifle again:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Shoot Neville again:

Take the silencer off to burn Neville's back:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.
No possibility Sheila would consider this.

Put the silencer back on:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Go upstairs and shoot June again and the twins:

Reload the rifle again:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Chamber the rifle again:

Very unlikely Sheila could do this.

Shoot herself once with the silencer on:

Impossible for Sheila to do this.

Take the silencer off and put it away in a box in the gun cupboard:

Maybe impossible to do this.
The evidence shows this was not done.

Go back upstairs and shoot herself again:

Maybe impossible to do this after the first shot.

The forensic evidence shows it is 100% certain the silencer was used. It is impossible for Sheila to have committed the massacre and put this evidence onto the silencer.

The only question left is simply was the submitted silencer evidence wrong through human error. Or was it possible for it to be fabricated ?

A good post Adam which adds further to the overwhelming evidence which clears Sheila of any involvement in the murders.  If there was the slightest doubt about this I would be the first to question it but there simply isn't any.

The logistics of the murders just don't stand up to the notion that Sheila could have done it!
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Obviously everything is building up to a conclusive thread.

There is no dispute that the released evidence shows the silencer was used for the massacre.

There is no evidence the silencer evidence was fabricated.

It was impossible for Sheila to commit the massacre and leave all of this evidence on the silencer.

The only question left to ask is 'was it physically practical and possible for the silencer evidence to be secretly and correctly fabricated ?

If no, then Bamber is guilty. If yes, then Bamber is still guilty as there is so much other incriminating evidence.  However supporters like to focus on the silencer and can clutch at straws and claim the relatives, EP and lab technicians fabricated this. Although there is no proof of such.
