It's simply the way Blogger works.  If I use these two addresses, I get http://pjga.blogspot.pt/, complete with a sidebar in Portuguese.

You would need to ask Blogger.

All I can say is if I use the .uk, address, it does not give me the .uk address. It detects my ISP is in Portugal and gives me the .pt address.

It's the multiple domain names from Markmonitor that made me curious after looking at Wayback Machine.. I'm sure there's a simple explanation that someone can provide to satisfy my curiousity.

A) 2 sites serving 2 countries similar to Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.
B) 2 URLs (links) pointing to the same website.

I haven't looked so don't know which it is.

IMO it I A) but I would appreciate clarification of that if you can find the time to check it out.
