Yes - but it's only a thought, that's all. There's probably a totally different reason in reality.

If you follow the link from that Mail article and read down to the bottom it is noticeable that the Mail failed to point out that the appeal court has overturned the lower courts judgement. Ergo, Amaral has successfully defended the McCann's claim for damages and it is he who can now sue for damages.

I agree that as it stands, she missed out the appeal ruling, but did I blink and miss the Supreme Court one?

Sadie was saying that in relation to the scam fund-raising site for this latest bizarre private prosecution idea.

Actually what I was saying it about, was the news that the Mccann files and Textura have suddenly vanished.  That info has been wiped from the forum.

I find that exciting because, like misty I wonder if this is the precursor of something about to happen in the Madeleine Mccann case ... maybe a prosecution?

I don't take much notice of Textura, but we have just been discussing Processos 807-808 that has been illegally altered from the Mccannfiles and the fact that the Police have copies of the altered files.  Could it be to do with this perhaps ?


My hope is that it is the former and that there is an abduction prosecution imminent
