« on: April 27, 2017, 06:47:18 PM »
NEW INFORMATION on the disappearance of Madeleine McCann is set to be made public in a brand new Sky1 documentary.

So what is the documentary covering? What is set to be revealed? And when is it on?

Here’s what you need to know about the show…

Not quite accurate as per usual;

The McCanns were cleared by investigators in Portugal who declared they had exhausted all avenues in the case.

Martin Brunt, Sky News’ crime correspondent, will be revealing what was discovered in a secret Home Office report connected to the youngster’s disappearance.

Who gave him that? Not the Home Office if it's secret. Unless it's Gamble's scoping report, bits of which have been leaked before.

ITt will be interesting to see what Brunt...a journalist I admire...comes up with. If its about the police investigation it amy well be about the portuguese side of things...he was obviously fed false information

I don't have SKY, so I'll have to rely on second hand reports.  I'm sorry I will miss Heri's contribution.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Well you Brietta and I don't have Sky so unless we go into the neighbours to watch like we did with the old King's funeral ................ ?
I have 70 channels of crap on freeview it would be rather foolish to pay good cash money for more of the same.

Sky News is on Freebies, whether by satellite or otherwise.

So no escaping Heriberto's appearance, if there is one.

I wonder how is UFO debunking is going these days. 8**8:/:

It's on Sky1 - is that the same as Sky News?

I for one am going to predict that Heri comes across as a somewhat more sane individual than a certain American Criminal Profiler did on Aussie TV the other day....

I lay odds it will appear on Sky News as well.

Let's not forget uploads to the internet.

I don't have any television at all.  And can't even begin to wonder for why I should.

...and what will Heriberto say, that he hasn't already said before.

I do hope that Brunt will not be hosting the program.

That would be in exceedingly poor taste

Maybe they'll have Clarence as guest presenter, just to make sure they stay 'on message'

Another myth is that CM controls what the media can or cannot say.     This particular myth was born when the word 'monitored' was translated as 'checked' and then wrongly re-translated as 'controlled'.

Monitored  = checked.

Checked - can mean checked as in 'monitoring' or checked as in controlling  (a horse for instance can be controlled by checking it - i.e. pulling it up)

Checked - was then re-translated choosing the wrong meaning in this context  i.e.  'controlled'  instead of 'monitored'.
IMO

IIRC The same translation error appeared in a witness statement by one of the waiters - who noted that people left the table to 'control' their children - when obviously he meant 'check'.
