the book accused the mccanns of being guilty of criminal offences

The book said that the investigation came to the conclusion that that was the most likely scenario based on the information they had.

The book said that the investigation came to the conclusion that that was the most likely scenario based on the information they had.

amaral said in his documentary  over the next hour he would prove maddie died in the apartment...he also said alot more than taht in the book...i suggest you do some research

00.33 - My name is Gonçalo Amaral. I’ve been an investigator with the Polícia Judiciária for 27 years. I coordinated the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, on the 3rd of May 2007.

00.48 - During the following 50 minutes, I will prove that the child was not abducted, and that she died in the holiday apartment in Praia da Luz.

00.58 - Discover the whole truth about what happened that day – a death that many people want to cover up.

47.24 – It is behind the sofa, in front of the middle section of the window, that cadaver odour and human blood with Madeleine McCann’s profile is traced. It’s the only place inside the apartment where the findings coincide: human cadaver odour and blood. So, within a policeman’s logic, this is where death may have taken place.

it is just astonishing taht amaral was able to get away with this...hopefully the ECHR will not agree with the SC

Nowt to do with Amaral any more.

It is always to do with Sr Amaral, the dogs and the trolls, according to some..... 8(0(*
Maybe we should put that idea to Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler ?

it is nothing to do with amaral now...its an action against the SC for its failure to deliver justice

Going to the E.C.H.R., means effectively taking the State of Portugal to court.

Perhaps the McCann's because of their egos will be stupid enough to try.

They will manage.
They have dealt with much worse.
Deal with the failings of others as gently as with your own.

Let's not forget the complaint has to be accepted first.

Good luck with the ECHR:

http://app.echr.coe.int/CheckList/?cookieCheck=true

8% were rejected because the applicants wanted the Court to quash, rehear or revise decisions taken by domestic courts ("fourth instance")

this applys to the mcanns does it not??

Indeed.

There is more likelihood of Blair become PM again,  let alone Corbyn. @)(++(*

Any action will be against the Portuguese Republic.

Good luck with the ECHR:

http://app.echr.coe.int/CheckList/?cookieCheck=true

60% were rejected as manifestly ill-founded
In 15% of applications, the applicants did not exhaust domestic remedies
12% were lodged more than 6 months after the final decision taken by a domestic court
8% were rejected because the applicants wanted the Court to quash, rehear or revise decisions taken by domestic courts ("fourth instance")

at aquick glance thats 93% that will not apply to the mccanns case

What is self evident, is that the McCanns have no chance trying to go to the ECHR.

It would be yet another miserable failure.
