I observe that discussion often drifts off-topic - even the odd mod is guilty at times, but I always rely on the real mods, rather than pretendy ones to bring me back on course.

those of us who have some knowledge of the court understand that the mccanns have a good case...a very good case

Citations are required  to prove the point.

Lets see if an application is actually made to the Court. At the moment it's all talk. I presume there will be a deadline.

The record in UK cases is known.

The Mccanns have failed in the Portuguese Court to prove their case.

It would appear to be sour grapes and/or their egos are dented, to try for the ECHR.

IMHO of course.
