Not really I was thinking we could all agree to meet up at Ocean Club and have a meal at the Tapas restaurant with the McCanns.  Bring the kids if you have any little ones.
That would give Alice a chance to meet Kate.

I don't think that 2017 was a totally 'annus horribilis'   they did hear both the Uk police and the Portuguese police state that they aren't suspects.

So if the judge is saying that the McCann's haven't been proven innocent,   why did the Portuguese police say they weren't suspects?   After all if you aren't innocent,  then surely you would be a suspect wouldn't you?

The police never ever give a straight answer to anything involving potential suspects. Going by my experience of them, they are playing a waiting game and being extremely careful not to reveal their hand.  Redwood thought he had solved the case before he retired but he failed to find Madeleine's remains.  Had he found her remains in Praia da Luz some people would have had to answer some pretty difficult questions.

I think if redwood had found remains in PDL the only poeple who would have to answer difficult questions would be the PJ....I dont think there is anyway the parents are suspects...the police have not had to say what they have...

It will certainly have to be taken into account by SY. When Redwood produced crecheman those with knowledge of the geography of Luz immediately pointed out that he was heading in the wrong direction. After all the trouble he went to to find and photograph a man in similar clothes, and a child's (not very) similar pyjamas too.

I don't know, but he said he was 'almost certain' that it was him who Tanner saw. She wouldn't think she saw an abductor if he was heading towards block 5, would she?
