Quite simply - had there been such an appliance which could be connected to Kate and Gerry it would have featured in the dog videos.

Take a step back and visualise it.  Eddie baying at a freezer, in my opinion ... pure cinematography! ... it would have knocked the Renault into a cocked hat.

I never worked out why they didn't take Eddie for a sniff around the Tapas freezer / cold room or whatever they have there.

The Millennium staff were questioned ... why not check the cold stores there?  Or even at the supermarket?
Eddie wasn't taken to an area of extreme interest to the GNR dogs ~ apartment 5J where the fridge door had been left open and the food it contained left to rot.
I think that is an obvious one too.

Did the McCanns have access to a freezer large enough to store the body of their child? If they did, then it would have had to have been within walking distance of the apartment and hastily arranged within a day or two of the disappearance.  That should narrow it down.

I don't know anymore than you do but it's not impossible.
You'd be surprised just how fast one can jury rig / cobble and/or otherwise fix things when emergencies call for it in far away places.
Just how large a freezer do you think is necessary?

Even when said emergencies involve a criminal act such as putting a child into deep freeze?  I bow to your greater knowledge on such matters.  As for the size of freezer, I have absolutely no doubt that you are fully conversant with all the sizes currently available and will know better than me which size you’d need for a small 4 year old.

That might have been worth a sniff as well. I don't recall anything in the files re finding out who the occupants were.

They got keys to the church within days so why do you think it's impossible for them not to get keys to another place?
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

Only in rare situations would it be lawful to put your child's body in a freezer.

I am asking for a cite about the law that says you can’t put your child’s body in a freezer. We understand concealing a body.

I doubt if every possible place where a body could be buried/kept is specified.  Thinking about it I know there are certain businesses specialising in deep freezing bodies, so it can't be totally against the law.  Organ donor body parts would also be kept fresher if refrigerated.

In my theory keeping a deceased body in a refrigerator is possible and lawful.  But it was only a theory and I hadn't examined the actual legality of that.  If a child of an English tourist died at PdL was it possible to refrigerate the cadaver for transport when they took their flight back to England days later.

"Russian cryogenics firm wants to freeze people BEFORE they die so they can be stored in containers and one day brought back to life"

That seems extreme but I suppose if it really worked a person hadn't actually died.  They do it with eggs, sperm and embryos so why not a whole person!

As both I and Alice P was talking of a hypothetical situation (ie rustling up a freezer in aforeign land at short notice) I’m not quite sure what you are asking a cite for? My point was, hiring a freezer at short notice might be eminently do-able if it is simply for storing your Soleros in, however hiring a freezer at short noticr big enough to store a corpse in requires also somewhere secret to put the freezer away from the eyes of the police, a slightly more complex conundrum for anyone that has drawn the attention of thenpolice and the world’s media to their missing child.

What nonsense is this?  Are you seriously being that pedantic?
