DS Jones also comments on JB's reaction to the news.  He said it was as though JB was acting.  How many times had DS Jones witnessed someone learning 4 family members had been murdered and the perp, another family member, had committed suicide (assuming JB is not guilty)?

I did visit the area during the summer of 2013 and can understand how approaching at night it would appear to be in darkness if the lit rooms were not visible.  There's no light pollution and its quite remote.

I wonder if that's the reason why NB called JB in that WHF was difficult to locate.  Perhaps NB experienced delivery drivers and others having difficulty locating it.  For the doubters try locating it without sat nav.  The turning to Pages Lane is quite concealed and difficult even with sat nav!  What sort of navigation system did police patrol cars have in the mid 80's if any?  Bearing in mind NB likened Witham police to Dads Army.
