I don't call that evidence, I call it speculation.

Either or both sides could have decided that there was nothing to be gained from setting up a JIT.

A JIT is only worthwhile if there is anything to investigate. Clearly the Portuguese have their own opinion as to what happened to the child and SY have theirs. It is no secret what SY's real agenda is in this case and clearly the Portuguese won't be party to it.

The Portuguese have said there is no evidence against the mccanns... Perhaps you would like to share the real agenda if SY... I think that's just your imagination

Exactly,Pedro Do carmo in reply to a question "do you accept the girl was abducted","we don't know was his reply", ,meanwhile OG have said they'll investigate as if the abduction happened in the uk,all on tape or in black and white,never the twain shall meet and its only just dawning on some.

abduction is SYs working hypothesis...they dont know for sure ...the position of SY and the PJ is exactly the same...some of us realised this some time ago
