Misty I've been endeavoring to do the same for PF's niece, Carole Anne Tranmer, along with the husband Christopher Tranmer.

According to CAT's police rog April 2008 her dob is 1st May 1948 and at the time of her rog she had been married for 20 years.  She also claims to have had a twin brother who passed away in 2003.

Another forum (not a patch on this one  ?>)()<) claim that Christopher Tranmer is a medi doc who in 2010 was working for Medecins Sans Frontieres but I don't believe they are one and the same?

I can only find one appropriate by birth record for Christopher Tranmer:

- Christopher B Tranmer
- Born 1945
- Place of Birth: Hampshire

The Christopher Tranmer who at one time worked for MSF is on the electoral roll at Woodford Green, Essex and the Christopher Tranmer connected to PF/CAT is on the electoral roll at Slough, Berkshire.

Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

I'm not sure it does advance anything directly?  No I wasn't doubting she existed but its always nice to see a clear audit trail and sometimes you can glean further info/pick up other little clues.
What like? It looks like some totally bizarre crusade to determine whether she qualified as 'plummy'.
As I said, rabbit hole.

The Tranmers did move to Slough - it's in Carole's statement. She had some dealings with art iirc. It may be that Christopher was born abroad and the pair married abroad, hence no birth/marriage record.
There are quite a few Tranmers on the Algarve e.g. John Tranmer property agent & connections to Luz can be seen on social media.

Afaik all British citizens appear in BMD records regardless of where in the world the event takes place.  They should appear in overseas section?

Yes they appear on the electoral at an address in Slough at certain times.

Her wit stat states she run an antique business for 4 years.

I think our man is a Christopher Tranmer as per CAT's wit stat and the electoral roll.

But she didn't need to refer to GNR/PJ as Tweedledee and Tweedledum in her b..k.  She could just as easily have said they didn't fill her with confidence; she felt they were out of their depth etc.

Those derogatory references to the two Portuguese police officers gained Kate McCann no friends in Portugal or elsewhere for that matter, it was so unnecessary.

For the benefit of newer members. As a result of complaints the words 'b e u k', 'b e w k' and 'A m 0 r a l' have been added to the censor library. We previously had this issue and it was agreed then not to use such terms as some posters found them tasteless and not conducive to the spirit which we like to maintain here. TY

A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

I doubt that many are as concerned as you think... I don't think it's, any big deal

Rather ironic imo.  You don't believe the Portuguese and/or others were offended by KM referring to Portuguese investigating officials as Tweedledee/Tweedledum in her best-selling bwek and yet some here were so offended by my reference to KM's bwek, pronounced Liverpudlian style, that they took it upon themselves to make a complaint to John.  Could those whose sensibilities were so affected not just send me a pm appealing to my better side?  The phrase big girls blouses springs to mind.

I didn’t complain to John, I complained to you because I think, as a mod, you should be above piss-taking.  How about it?

I don't think anyone complained to John but more like John saw your behaviour as goading

Are you implying John is a liar?

Holly is to be congratulated for her efforts in keeping discussion points going at a time when there is absolutely nothing coming out from the current investigation into Madeleine's case.

In many cases though, I don't think there should be quite so much credibility given to notions which have been prevalent on the internet for some time and may or may never have been worth bothering about in the first instance.

I think the best chance of solving Madeleine's case using non professional input might have been for the professionals to pay more attention to prevalent local conditions and to give more credibility to avenues suggested which were not in line with police thinking.

For example ... Jane Tanner's sighting was not considered credible and until Mr Smith had his revelation moment many months after the event while watching the news, neither was his.

I wonder what other information given by non professionals might have been relevant and if acted on at the time might have changed the course of the investigation and solved what happened to Madeleine.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....
