So Mrs Fenn’s niece is categorically not your suspect then?

That's Davel's theory about Holly's theory, isn't it? Holly's theory includes someone watching and noticing that the children were being left alone and that the patio doors were being left unlocked every evening. The lady you mention wasn't there to do that imo.

Very much along the lines of Sadie's theory minus indicating any named individual on Sadie's part..
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

My question was addressed to Holly, hopefully she can answer in the affirmative or the negative.

My theory is that the abductor was someone who knew MM was 'home alone' in the unsecured apartment and what the McCanns MO was of an evening.  This knowledge could have been gained first hand by observation or second-hand from someone else who was in a position to gain that information.

PF claims she heard MM crying on 1st May calling out 'Daddy, daddy' from 10.30 pm - 11.45 pm which stopped when she heard the patio doors slide open which she assumed was the McCanns returning.  PF claims she called a local friend to discuss the situation.  Who else, if anyone, did PF tell and was it passed on to anyone else by PF's local friend, Edna Glyn?  Effectively they were letting others know MM was home alone in the unsecured apartment.

By all accounts the nights were cold and dark so I can't see too many people spending enough time on balconies to observe the McCanns MO directly.  I think the abductor(s) gained the knowledge from PF directly or indirectly.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

It's not a theory it's a fact.  Hollys theory is that Mrs, Fenns neice took Madeleine to teach the mccanns a lesson

Interesting that wish to focus on what Myster said and not what John said ie it was plausible; he hadn't seen it suggested previously; showed I was thinking out the box!

And Myster did not tell the forum about my theory.

Mystery said yesterday that Maddie, was taken by someone concerned Maddie, was being left alone... Taken to teach the McCann's a lesson.  We've already established that person was Mrs fenns niece

According to PF's niece's police rog she visited on the Sun and Thu along with her husband.  If they have knowledge of MM's disappearance how would I know if they both have knowledge or one only has knowledge and if one, which one?!

If MM was abducted we have no idea of the motive: perp(s) have emotional/mental health issues/addictions to mood altering substances/child/grandchild to raise as own/sexual/monetary gain.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

I've never put forward a definitive motive to anyone and that's a FACT.

Pamela Fenn made no such observation.

https://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/PAMELA_FENN.htm

She also refers to the day of the 1st May 2007, when she was at home alone, at approximately 22.30 she heard a child cry, and that due the tone of the crying seemed to be a young child and not a baby of two years of age or younger. Apart from the crying that continued for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, and which got louder and more expressive, the child shouted ?Daddy, Daddy?, the witness had no doubt that the noise came from the floor below. At about 23.45, an hour and fifteen minutes after the crying began, she heard the parents arrive, she did not see them, but she heard the patio doors open, she was quite worried as the crying had gone on for more than an hour and had gradually got worse.

When questioned, she said that she did not know the cause of the crying, perhaps a nightmare or another destabilising factor.
As soon as the parents entered the child stopped crying.
That night she contacted a friend called EDNA GLYN, who also lives in Praia da Luz, after 23.00, telling her about the situation, who was not surprised at the childs crying.

PF also claims she was the victim of a recent burglary so any perp gaining info from PF might well have opened the window/raised the shutter knowing an attempted burglary had recently taken place above 5A.

So that's just a possible motive.   ......put forward by you

No she didn't refer to MM by name but she had seen the McCann family walking around during the day, was adamant the crying was from 5A and that it wasn't from a child of 2 years or younger ergo MM.
