Was there really no evidence of an abduction?
« on: September 20, 2019, 09:13:34 AM »
Since joining this board and learning about the case I came to the conclusion that MM was abducted from 5A and that the abductor was aware MM was inside 5A without adult supervision/baby monitor and that the patio doors were left unsecured.  On this basis I concluded the abductor, who I believe is female, entered via the patio doors.

Was there really no evidence of an abduction?  Possibly not and imo the lead detective, GA, may well have written off the following in order to pursue his theory that MM came to some harm in apartment 5A at the hands of her parents.

- First respondents, Jose Maria Batista Roque and Nelson Filipe Pacheco da Costa, 2 GNR officers, arrived at OC main reception where they were told by GM, via a translator, that MM had been abducted.  They all then went to 5A.  The officers entered through the front wood door.

- When the officers entered they searched 5A.  The officers wit stats are contradictory as to who searched and what was searched.  However neither make reference to exiting or entering via the patio doors, searching the balcony or adjoining garden.   Reference is made to Jose Roque searching the area around the apartments and tapas bar.

- Fingerprints were collected on 3rd?/4th May.

- One fingerprint taken from the side of the patio door was unidentified.  As such PJ sent requests to counterparts in other countries seeking assistance from their fingerprint databases.  No match was found but Germany provided additional comment by stating that the fingerprint could have originated from a woman or youth but not a child.

-  PJ concluded that the fingerprint originated from first respondent, male officer, Nelson Filipe Pacheco da Costa, despite the comment from Germany and the fact that first respondent, Jose Maria Batista Roque, told his colleague to wait in the hall whilst he searched 5A.  In any event at no time does Nelson Filipe Pacheco da Costa mention handling the patio door to exit/enter the property for whatever reason(s).

- We are led to believe that written communication re the above originated from Assistant Specialist, Irene Trovao, to the Coordinator of the invetigation: Goncalo Amaral.  However the printed name and signature on the communication is lighter than the main body of the text.

- Goncalo Amaral was found guilty of falsifying documents in an unrelated case.

Imo the above needs investigating.  The fingerprint needs reexamining and the authenticity of the written communication said to originate from Irene Trovao needs examining by a forensic document handler.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

The fingerprint clearly needs reexamining.

Relevant docs to thread/posts:

Fingerprints

Includes:

- communication from Germany re fingerprint originating from a woman or youth but not a child.

- communication supposedly from fingerprint specialist Irene Trovao to Goncalo Amaral but please note the printed name and signature of Irene Trovao are lighter than the main body of text perhaps indicative of someone falsifying a document.

Witness statements of first respondents:  GNR officers: Jose Maria Batisa Roque and Nelson Filipe Pacheco da Costa

Well as one of them said, they're not providing a running commentary so in reality we have no real idea what they're up to!

I have always believed that Amaral seriously needed Kate McCann to be responsible as this would have proved his point in The Cipriano Case, so falsifying anything would have been nothing much to write home about.
He actually needed an associate of The McCanns to be involved as he knew that they could not have done this alone.

There have been many social media attempts throughout the years to link one prominent ex-pat ... I don't think even the most committed believe it now.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

If there is no evidence of abduction why are you confident that Madeleine was abducted and have apparently cracked the case?

I think there probably was/is evidence of an abduction by way of the unidentified fingerprint.  Regardless there's no evidence of McCanns/T7 involvement and for me that theory isn't even a remote possibility.

Yes I believe I have cracked the case unless of course OG were already on to it before my email.  My abductor/suspect is female so obviously if the unidentified fingerprint is still unidentified then it supports my theory/suspect.

Me too, I believe that I probably have cracked the case, but the main name (the organiser) I have, is male.

I think it probable that a female worked with (likely) Tannerman ... and I think that the likely female was well known and liked by Madeleine.

Personally I am doubtful that the organiser, a rich important man, got his hands soiled doing any of the actual 'dirty work', lifting and on scene abduction of Madeleine.   I think that he is more likely to have come on the scene at Porto, where he picked her up and took a taxi to ...
