But we will never know what or who it was so IMO pointless to dwell on it,

What makes you think we will never know?

Child disappears seemingly off the face of the earth.  S&R dogs do not scent outside immediate vicinity.  Extensive searches by experts in the locality reveal nothing.  Therefore not unreasonable to assume child was placed in a vehicle and driven away.
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Always unwise to assume the unknown.
I believe everything. And l believe nothing.
I suspect everyone. And l suspect no one.

I don't see it as an unknown: child disappears; S&R dogs introduced to last known whereabouts and scented in the immediate vicinity only; search experts carried out extensive searches in the locality deploying all known expertise and technologies and found nothing.  Therefore not unreasonable to assume child placed in vehicle and driven away as this is what the evidence suggests.

How do you think it will ever be proven, seriously?

Only one option. Nothing confirmatory and certainly no evidence of car.

That doesn't matter.

You just 'imagine in' a getaway car, same way you do an abductor.

I like to imagine there was a whole coach party of abductors & watchers, & speed boats waiting on the beach.

So you don't anticipate the case will ever be concluded?

Well they were scenting something or someone otherwise they wouldn't have moved.

Fair enough, but I say again there's no proof that it was MM.

If MM was placed in a car in the immediate vicinity what evidence would you expect to see?

I know you keep saying and I keep asking if the dogs were not scenting MM who were they scenting?

Whoever used/handled the pink blanket. Anyone who may have used the bath towel.

1. MM on the day she ran off with the twins.
2. The twins on the day they ran off with MM.
3. Her father on the day he followed the children.

But the dogs didn't scent in the direction of the last known movements of the twins/GM.

Possibly, but I don’t believe the dogs will ever be proven to be correct.

I remember that GM was rather keen to convince people that he crossed that road to speak to JW.
