The MW brochure makes clear the night crèche was only available to guests dining at Tapas and Millennium.  We know Dr T did not dine at Tapas.

If it was Julian Totman seen by Jane Tanner taking his daughter to the night creche at 21h15, does it mean that he stayed with her (after tennis with Gerry McCann) at the apartment in block 4 until then? Were his wife and son already at the Millennium/creche?

I think you'll find there isn't enough information to understand those questions.

Process of elimination unless he was happy to flout the rules:

Crèche only available to MW guests dining at Millennium/Tapas.  Crèche records show Dr T's daughter at crèche.  Dr T was not dining at Tapas.
