I have things to do so can’t keep answering questions that should be obvious
Of course Sheila’s footprints would have been all over the kitchen; it was strewn with blood, sugar and glass
They’d have also been on the staircase
And her feet would have been covered....
They weren’t, were they? How do you account for that, Holly?
As for Jeremy, he’d have made sure to have worn shoe covers, and would have also made sure to have wiped/smudged any traces of his footprints — that’s obvious. He’d have also removed his shoe covers before tiptoeing back upstairs in his socks...even he would have thought of that.
It’s a shame the police didn’t immediately lockdown Goldhanger and search it.
As it happens, and you’ll ask me again for a link (but you’ll have to wait as I’m busy now) but police did indeed find some of his clothing with tiny traces of blood on at Goldhanger, but there wasn’t enough for it to be tested. He’d obviously put them through the washing machine as soon as he got home...
He definitely wore his wetsuit to carry out the murders, but after showering at WHF, drying his WS, stuffing it in his old bedroom, he most likely got contaminated by the odd speck of blood on the clothes he wore when he climbed out the kitchen window
There was talk he may have dressed as a woman...but that’s just rumour as he was seen around the village dressed as woman on occasion.
He also, slyly, upturned the dishwasher drainer in an attempt to make it look like the area hadn’t been disturbed. It’s very noticeable. I haven’t used a drainer in decades, but when I did I never stood mine on its end. And June didn’t seem the fastidious type...so I bet he did that purposely.
He’s very transparent.
