I'm not trying to be personal Holly, you used to be objective until the AI board - that's just an observation. In general you are one of the most level headed supporters but there are issues where I believe your judgment (not matter how genuine) is clouded.

Discussed or. not, my post still stands! Any scientific test has to be valid and that only comes from repeating and using the same conditions and criteria. What happened on the night of the murders is an unknown quantity which means the same conditions can't be repeated.

Do you really believe what was presented at trial by the likes of Malcolm Fletcher some 34 years ago is incapable of being undermined by experts using 21st century science and technology?

The tests have nothing to do with any discussions that took place on IA or any other internet forum.

I've posted a range of MOJ's which show they are difficult to rectify even when an individual such as Stefan Kizsko was manifestly innocent.  Unlike other MOJ's JB has been severely handicapped by lack of family support and having to rely on the likes of Mike Tesko.

I'm not aware of any forensic evidence that was destroyed pre trial?

Post trial exhibits have been destroyed against all protocols which could potentially have assisted JB advance his case or conversely seal his fate.

New forensic tests.

Nothing of evidential value was lost.  It's a myth that evidence was destroyed pre-trial.

I'm asking,I think,no I know they have the perpetrator where he belongs,forgive me if I'm wrong but are you not of the thought he is innocent,what will release from his bonds that as not been already declared? and why and where is it hidden.

I think it probably could be if that is the intention, just as another set of experts could undermine their results. The purpose of such research isn't supposed to 'undermine' - that's the point, it's supposed to be unbiased, that's what makes it valid.

There doesn't need to be any existing forensic evidence to undermine test results presented at trial.
