Are you saying that his conviction is evidence that he's a psychopath? That's a novel idea.

One of the less appealing traits Jeremy Bamber has displayed throughout was and is his attempt to pin the blame for the psychotic murders committed by him on Sheila Cappell.
All who knew her, including her doctor, knew such actions were way outwith her capabilities.

It was important to him for some reason to blacken her name and not only because she was a convenient scapegoat.  I think doing that was one of the ways in which he outsmarted himself.  It was not only unnecessary but in part it led to his downfall.

He worked at setting the scene for his narrative but he could have chosen to work on a different one.  Farms have always been subject to robbery and guns could have been the target.  It would have been so easy to set the scene for an intruder disturbed on the job.  Would a resulting more stringent forensic examination given him away ... I don't think so.

I think Bamber settled a lot of scores that night and resentment of Sheila was a main one.  His desecration of her London flat and his desecration of her memory probably gave him as much, if not more satisfaction than killing her.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Think  his main score was Nevill and June but I do find your comment about Sheila interesting. The last entry in Sheila's diary was 'I shouldn't have been awful to Jeremy' - it just crossed my mind that he could have made her write that? It kind of says - look what happens when someone crosses me!

Or it could translate that she knew he’d punish her in some way because she knew his behaviour patterns?

No idea, but I doubt Bamber would risk writing it himself. I think given when it was written, there is a good chance he was behind it though.

We will never know what went on that night.  I'm not sure if initially his victims knew who he was (wet suit ~ face covering) although I am certain he would have made sure they knew exactly who he was when he was in control of the situation.

Sheila might have been disturbed only when the noise from the kitchen reached her or she might have slept through it but she must have been paralysed by terror when he made her sit for the first bullet to her throat.

Maybe he did make her write the entry in her diary ... I think he might have found that amusing.

That was my point. Right up his street.

NB's nose, along with the rest of his anatomy, was subjected to a thorough post-mortem so of course the pathologist was able to conclude whether or not his nose was broken.

If SC's nightdress and person contained small blood stains what tests existed in 1985/6 to enable forensic scientists and others to determine the origins of such stains?
Why does it say Nevill’s nose was broken in this official court document?

The examination of Nevill Bamber's body also revealed black eyes and a broken nose, linear bruising to the cheeks, lacerations to the head, linear type bruising to the right forearm, bruising to the left wrist and forearm and three circular burn type marks to the back. The linear marks were consistent with Mr Bamber having been struck with a long blunt object, possibly a gun

Nevill Bamber must have been put through physical and mental torture that night and in my opinion deliberate disregard of that is an insult to him and his murdered family whom he must have known before death, he could not protect.

Due to the current activity levels on the board we need to maintain the following rule set out on the homepage:

* Posters are asked to keep to thread topics where possible

Going forward I will be removing all posts that are off topic.

Thanks.

Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

It doesn’t bear thinking about, poor man!

He was a good man; kind, civil, caring...

To have witnessed his wife being shot must have been excruciating for him, and to realise the gunman was his own son!!

Even after death Jeremy denied them their wishes of being buried...

The evil in that Jeremy Bamber is unbelievable

It just goes to show that whoever wrote the summary didn't read the pathologist's evidence properly.

Do we know what the pathologist actually said incourt regarding Nevill’s injuries?

The pathologist noted that amongst Nevill’s horrific, brutal injuries — both gsw’s, and being viciously beaten, punched, kicked (even after death), and violently smashed over his head breaking his skull and exposing his brain — he also had a BROKEN NOSE.

I suggest you stick to FACTS
