According to Dr V he seemed to be of the opinion the blood stain on SC's nightdress, which he likened to a palm print, originated from NB.

In his notes he stated:

"bloodstained palm prints on nightdress matches bloodstains appeared to have transferred from R hand. "

He wrote the notes as he carried out the pm's.  NB was first on 7th Aug and then SC the same day.  Pm's for June and the twins were carried out the following day.

Therefore when he wrote the above in his notes he cannot have been referring to June, whose hands were blood stained, as her pm was carried after SC's.

He cannot have been referring to SC's hands as he confirmed both were not contaminated.

He did however confirm NB's right hand was blood stained So this can only mean he was referring to NB's right hand and the transfer stain from NB's right hand to SC's nightdress must have taken place when the pair were in the kitchen and SC was raining down blows to NB with a blunt instrument, thought to be the rifle, before she inflicted the 4 gsw's to NB's head.
