No, but she might have in the past and there could be witnesses to her raiding the fridge was the point any defence would be looking for. She simply might have eaten something later.
On the other hand, although she was no longer modelling,she was obviously still taking care of her appearance so maybe snacking at midnight just wouldn't have been something she would do. I would imagine she didn't eat large portions or snack.
I think it's a shame that the stomach contents were not more carefully looked at as it could have given a timeframe for TOD to include the murders being committed much earlier than 3am, not that it was impossible on the evidence anyway but it would be another hurdle for supporters to overcome and perhaps put an end to their ridiculous #SheilaAlive fantasies.
I’m sure the contents of what was in Sheila’s stomach are archived: they must be.
I know for a fact and personal experience that any food found in the stomach of anyone murdered or killed in accident, or a suicide victim, is analysed to find out what they ate. It’s easy to do too. They’d know if it was meat, the type, fish, vegetables, bread, everything.
I can’t see Sheila, who was worn out and tired, going to bed on a full stomach, then waking just two hours later to raid the fridge, then go back to sleep. She wouldn’t have been hungry anyway...
Whatever, the contents of her stomach must be documented. When a pathologist fills out a PM report they give the basic facts which are necessary and relevant, they don’t put every single detail. Vanezis wouldn’t have written “Sheila had partly digested prawns, chicken, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumber, chocolate etc...” They’d only list the ingredients if it was a poisoning.
I guarantee that Sheila last ate no later than 9pm, which means that as her her stomach had only partially digested the food, she must have been killed between midnight and 1am. She must have been, and that can’t be denied.
