Sarah appears to have told Julie this but what did she tell police ?

Why was Bamber lying to Charles Marsden that his new girlfriend was Virginia when we know from Anji’s interview following his conviction it was her not her sister ?

I cannot accept that, as this is quite disturbing too, that Jeremy supposedly date raped a woman, next to his sleeping friend who woke up during the said rape.

Its despicable and it needs further investigation.

If the evidence backed this up, then I would definitely review my position.

However, stating that. I am of the belief, 99.99% that Julie lied, throughout her testamony.

These are very serious accusations and if wrong, I would expect JB or the CT to be following this up.

This could damage his support network and the CT need to do everything within its power to dismiss these claims,as unreliable at the very least.

I do not visit the CT site, therefore I am serious when I ask 'Have they done this?'

Perhaps it was his fantasy? Having sex whilst being watched by someone who was pretending to be asleep? Could explain why he needed to drug her? Jeremy and Charles may even have talked about doing it?

It's not the norm, but what has been throughout this whole case?  if Jeremy was 'open' about his sexuality, or rather not embarrassed or shy about his sexual performance in front of others...(and many people are very open, it neither makes them murderers or abusers) then he may not have realised CM was in the bed upon him entering it immediately, but recognised he was a very short time later, but carried on?

This does not make his actions to be as perverse as one makes it out to be.

In fact Bamber returned to the cottage after allegedly walking Sarah home and it is at this point Marsden leaves the cottage

Have not read CAL’s book and therefore can only interpret what she’s written here about Julie based on the excerpts

Not sure I agree with CAL’s interpretation nor the angle she’s chosen to present this

Why did Bamber allegedly take the girl upstairs to bed with Marsden AA when they could have remained downstairs?

There was another girl and her mother at the Chequers with Sarah but she went back to Bamber’s cottage on her own apparently. Wonder if the police ever interviewed the other girl and her mother ?
