I’ve always wondered about the fact that K and G deleted text messages. It would be interesting to see the content of these and who they were to / from. I’m just being speculative and there’s no evidence to suggest any sinister involvement in MMs disappearance on their part.

You're right, it's in no way indicative of impropriety, but if we were, hypothetically, to develop a list of actions to be completed during the hunt for your missing child, I'm not sure it would feature.
It is quite rightfully an oddity that would arouse suspicion in any investigation, and one that has not been satisfactorily explained.

I'd like Genius Peter Hyatt (or even Pathfinder, though fat chance of that ever happening) to explain how and when anyone could have hidden a body down a well a half hour drive from PdL, using the available evidence to back up the claim.

I think he's purported to be a statement analyst, not one of those psychics that Davel robustly defends.
Although I believe statement analysis is a sack of old shart. Just my opinion. I mean, has it actually cracked any cases, any at all? Independently?

But, yeh, if only. Bearing in mind there could be a perfectly reasonable explanation - I can think of a couple right off the bat.

July 26th 2007.... but I think there was a burst of visits within a few days, as far as I remember. ... And of course I’m not suggesting these visits were in any way connected to the disappearance of “the child”.

Dunno if the twins were with them at the airport, or not, but either way it would be too late to have the tea that Ocean club provided, so onto a favourite spot for a family tea.

Gerry was a very fit man and younger.  With care over eating times and bedtimes the jet lag could have been minimal.  I think the young super fit Gerry would brush it off, no problem
