The PJ came on board in 2013 because of dead tractorman? If they said that it was because people will believe any old nonsense in this case

His wife was his alibi and doesn’t remember if they were watching television or whether her husband was writing a poem on his computer at the time. There is no link to his DNA. He might have been an informer. My thinking.
