She wasn't there obviously when he stayed at her house,  that doesn't mean she hadn't seen him,  just that she hadn't met him formally to speak to.

They certainly do but we have seen his photograph and, objectively, Brueckner can’t be called ugly.

I’ve heard Gerry described as having a ‘sour’ face and looking like a bulldog who’s licking pee off of a nettle. I think that’s unfair too.
