What needs to be faced is that it is now highly probable that their is concrete evidence that MM was murdered... By CB

There can't be otherwise he would have sufficient evidence to charge him.  That smoking gun is an illusion imo.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

What we know is that Wolters has made that claim. He has also admitted that the evidence isn't enough to secure a conviction. He is, therefore, stating his opinion rather than a fact. In my opinion there was no need to share that opinion in order to appeal for information.

It's not up to you what is and isn't shared. Wolters has made it clalear it was not just his decision but a team decision.
As for the evidence you don't know what it is.. Wolters does.
Court verdicts are opinions based on evidence so why you don't realise Wolters opinion has validity is purely based on your bias.. IMO.

You might start slurring if you drink too much gin.

Oh,  I thought that's what we were talking about.  You mean it's got another meaning?

It's a lot more complex as we have discussed. My view is he has proof of MM's death but needs and concrete evidence of CBs involvement

What proof of death?

Photograpic of extreme abuse.. As in the Rui Pedro case who was also abducted in Portugal. I've followed the case closely and Wolters has made 4 Indications that point to this

As in the Rui Pedro case the evidence doesn't show death but death can be assumed

But it is a possibility.  Sex Abuse Crimes have a nasty habit of escalating.

The Germans took the bother to gather the evidence from the rape in Praia da Luz and were able to justify a conviction and a custodial sentence which will keep a violent man who is a danger to females of all ages off the streets for the next few years.
So the legend sure was writ in that case.

I don't think the German prosecutors would be at all perturbed by your impatience if they knew about it.  They will carry out their investigation as they see fit, in their own good time and within the law.  Let's face it, thanks to their diligence in prosecuting the Portuguese rape case when no-one else bothered, they've got about nine years leeway in which to make a move when or if it suits them to.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Brueckner needs locking up for a good bit longer than nine years whether he murdered Madeleine or not.

I don't think too many will argue with the first part, but if the justice system allows for early release on good behaviour thats how it is, like it or not.

You know this ~ I know this ~ and that is only for the crimes already in the public domain.  Yet individuals have rallied to his banner and in the stakes violent Rapist/child abuser V the forces of law and order concern for the child abuser appears to be paramount.

I must admit, I'm still trying to get my head around that one.
