I don't think too many will argue with the first part, but if the justice system allows for early release on good behaviour thats how it is, like it or not.

I very much doubt that Brueckner will qualify for that.

You know this ~ I know this ~ and that is only for the crimes already in the public domain.  Yet individuals have rallied to his banner and in the stakes violent Rapist/child abuser V the forces of law and order concern for the child abuser appears to be paramount.

I must admit, I'm still trying to get my head around that one.

It's all that Guilty Until Proven Innocent that some persons never afforded to The McCanns.

Still does not a child killer make.
You could argue that being a satan worshipper who threatens girls with knives does not a killer make, yet you seem to be suggesting Luke Mitchell's conviction is safe, on another thread.  I guess it all boils down to what you want to believe at the end of the day.

It's not up to you what is and isn't shared. Wolters has made it clalear it was not just his decision but a team decision.
As for the evidence you don't know what it is.. Wolters does.
Court verdicts are opinions based on evidence so why you don't realise Wolters opinion has validity is purely based on your bias.. IMO.

I never said it was up to me what was shared. What I said was that two mistakes were made by Wolters and they have damaged his credibility imo. There is evidence supporting my claims, yours are based purely on your belief in this man's integrity and your determination to ignore his mistakes imo.

Its what makes us different and some want to deride because of it. I'll believe CB is guilty once, belay that, if he ever goes to trial and is found as such.

What mistakes.. Who are you to judge. We have a team that may well have solved what looked like an unsolvable case... As the Rape crime also seemed to be.
My opinions are based on evidence. You seem to be making a lot out of the confusion around the letter... Far too much imo

I’m really not sure why you keep misrepresenting individuals position on this issue.

The letter did not state that there was evidence or proof that Madeleine is dead - the Met continue to investigate Madeleine’s disappearance as a missing person investigation. No letter has been received by the Met from the German prosecutor'.’

Going back to the op, what possible operational decision could there be for the BKA not to inform/ show SY the evidence they have that Madeleine is dead, apart from the obvious, they don't have any.

It baffles me too.

Thank you.

I do try to be precise.

I find that the meaning of a comment is often lost by lack of detail.

Just as one swallow does not a summer make, does one outburst make him a nasty character per se.
