Sandra Lean should be able to do that quite quickly now given she apparently purchased 2 external hard drives (One for back up) back in around early April 2021 so that the ‘entire case papers can be stored digitally ‘

She has been claiming to do this for years. Anyway, the entire case papers? I think she needs to be a bit more honest to her followers, on what she really has. But no, it will not take long to upload these files, should have been done by now. Unless the old favourite excuse is used, and she could not get access to the internet. Storing the case papers digitally was to ensure nothing got lost when the info was handed over to lawyers and also to make it easier to search and find specific documents.. it was never to be used to upload it and make it public.

Legal papers in Scotland unlike England DO NOT belong to the convicted person but to the legal team. Without a team, they belong to the previous team not to Luke.

It doesnt make any difference if Sandra has them in her possession or Luke gives the green light to share. Its not his call

No she isn't. Legally they don't belong to her or Luke. The fact Luke has given permission doesnt overide the fact that the documents are not his either
