Are you suggesting that Kate McCann told the police off the record that she thought her children had been sedated by a predator and they did nothing about it?
That’s what she said happened did she not?

So not only did the police ignore her fears, so did two other mothers; Silvia Batista and Fiona Payne and two fathers; Gerry McCann and David Payne. None of them reacted to the possibility that the twins had been sedated with goodness knows what by goodness knows who. Really? Maybe Kate whispered to the police and the others didn't hear her?

It seems you are in full on speculation mode now!  Perhaps you should try and come to terms with the fact that you weren’t there and therefore haven’t a clue what was said, by whom nor how they reacted, eh?

As you enjoy speculating so much now, let’s assume Kate never raised any concerns whatsoever about her deeply sleeping children that night and is lying - why did she pretend that she had, years later in her book?  Over to you.

You commented on what Kate McCann said. I merely pointed out that it wasn't said in a vacuum. It was said to officers who weren't English speakers, but the translator never mentioned it and neither did anyone else who was present. It's another of those incorroborated claims, isn't it?

More to the point, why wait three months after the event to suggest that the PJ should test the twins?

What does it matter to anything at this remove except to highlight further the flawed investigation which took place fifteen years ago.

Amaral has called Brueckner 'the perfect suspect' and says he was on the police radar in 2007.  Deflecting back to slurring Kate McCann just doesn't work anymore given the up to date information in the public domain about the prime suspect. Which is all the more chilling given that we don't know the half of it given the fact that we have never seen the evidence which justifies the accusations being levelled against him.

Time to move with the times and accept the fact that not one of the individuals you slur from 2007 is suspected of this heinous crime; but the invisible man who may have played the pivotal role very much is and there is evidence to back that.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

No, the point you have slyly made is Kate McCann’s alleged dishonesty on whch you are now refusing to proffer any explanation for why she would lie about such a detail years later.  The reason you are deflecting is because you can’t think of any plausible, logical reason for her to do so, unless you would now actually like to address my question directly?

More to the point
  • it all happened a very long time ago and revisiting it incessantly smacks of an obsession rather strange
  • you really don't have the slightest intention of desisting from deflection after deflection after deflection on each and every thread on which you insist on ignoring the topic
All very tiresome and predictable and very transparent I think.

So go on ~ surprise me.  Let's see you make a few on topic posts in a row and mibbe even ones which don't go out of the way to slur innocent people.  Bet you can do it if you try 😁

I was told that there was absolutely no motive for the McCanns to simulate an abduction. I offered a motive based on evidence. End of.

you agreed there was no evidence the McCanns sedated their kids so you are talking rubbish IMO.  Also you haven’t explained why giving children a legal sedative that a doctor has said wouldn’t hurt if administered occasionally would constitute a motive.  You’re simply keen to fling out poorly thought through vague notions to justify your years long campaign of “only asking questions “and it’s really sad and pathetic IMO.

I've seen no evidence that Brueckner entered 5A, took Madeleine McCann away and murdered her either, but he's been accused of doing so. His alleged motive is an assumption, because I can think of easier targets and easier ways of taking a child if he wanted one.

Load of rubbish. You said it yourself - "there's no evidence the McCanns sedated their children". You can't say that theory/motive is "based on evidence" based on the fact that Kate suggested an abductor might have sedated Madeleine.

Amaral suggested the parents staged an abduction. So if someone were to come along now and now propose a theory that it was actually Amaral who staged the abduction himself, and they made the claim that this theory was "based on evidence"... you would make no objection to that argument, would you?

As I said, it takes a lot of imagination and barrel scraping to come up with a motive for the McCanns to have covered up her death. There is no evidence that supports a plausible motive IMO. On the other hand, there's plenty of evidence to support a plausible motive in the case of CB. End of.

Can you?  Let’s hear about them then.

He's been accused by those who have that evidence.
