Well thankfully I spend more time in the real world and less in the rabbit hole of internet analysis of the case, and it was a general point I was making, It is perfectly reasonable to examine the evidence and to question the accepted narratives of both sides without downplaying the repulsive crimes of rape and paedophilia.

If CB is a patsy then it's precisely the revulsion we feel for his convictions that make him the ideal patsy, imo.
Perhaps you could make your “general” points without quoting mine then and telling me I’m wrong when I’m not, thanks.

What a sickening person she is.   Questioning the rape of the elderly woman,  he went to court and lost,  he raped that woman and beat her.   Believing him she is someone who will do anything for attention by the look of it even side with an evil Paedophile rapist.

I wonder if she’d be happy to let him stay with her parents  if and when he is released?

Rather silly question considering Wolters concrete evidence is going to put Brueckner away for abduction rape & murder. He won't be getting out for about 25 years so her parents would be long dead by then.
Try again.

He rapes paedophiles?

Sounds like a good thing to me.

Will they?   I think they'd be about 80.

Well life expectancy is only around 75 so they should be alright.

I doubt it.   All she wants is 'look at me'  quite sad really.

It is.  Her booming “know-it-all” voice droning on and on seemed to put her interviewer to sleep in the first 10 minutes, let alone the listener.  Who actually made her an authority on Portuguese law or this case anyway?  This is Isabelle McFadden, hateful twitter troll being given the time of day, fortunately only by an extremely low profile, podcaster with a tiny following.  Perhaps she should approach Piers Morgan instead if she wants  to have her views put under the spotlight?
Incidentally whatever happened to Joana Morais?  You don’t hear much from her these days.  Did she grow up and move on?

Perhaps, being Portuguese, Isabelle has some knowledge of Portuguese law?

McCann supporters express just as much bile & hatred as the people they complain about.

Bunch of hypocrites.

What you mean like I'm English therefore that makes me something of authority on English Law whose opinion should be treated with respect and listened to?  OK.

I didn't say Isabelle McFadden was an authority on Portuguese law did I? Don't exaggerate. I think she has as much right to be respected and to express her opinions as anyone else. Why not?

Shr certainly lacks any common sense.Shes trying to sanitise CB. Saying his offences were extremely minor and committed when he was 17...that he is inocent of rape...that the elderly victim had alzeimers and therefore was confused and had no physical signs of rape.....that hes basically an educated nice person.

I can see how she and some other sceptics will play it if CB is found guilty. No forensic evidence of course but if they had found a pubic hair in Maddies bed..it could have been brought in by the locall stray cat
