There are people on here endeavouring to keep the thread on track and who acknowledge that the mere fact that Portuguese law enforcement appear to be among the numbers who "are convinced she was abducted by a stranger" by dint of the FACT they have constituted him Arguido in Madeleine's inquiry.

To do that they have evidence and all the deflection in the world will not change that.

Just revisited 2014, there were no less than 11 arguido's in that year, there ain't half some solid evidence out there, not. Included in the questioning "did you kill Madeleine" must have been compelling in your world, remind us what happened ?

Correction: it's the only plausible, logical theory and theory and the only one being investigated by 3 police forces. It is therefore not surprising IMO that there are people on here who are convinced Madeleine was abducted and I don't see why you should have a problem with it frankly.

Thats the trouble with out any forensics, people change, peoples recall change, forensics doesn't , evidence doesn't, there either is or there isn't evidence.

There need to be "strong indications of the practice of a crime".  Why would the PJ make CB an arguido if there is no evidence of an abduction?  Any ideas?
