He said that the police cannot incriminate him by planting any of Madeleine's hair/other things because they (the police) don't have any. How would he know that the police don't have any of Madeleine's hair?

Present were two PJ officers and three BKA officers.

They spoke to Brueckner for over an hour.

They put twenty questions to him all of which he refused to answer.

The Portuguese had been negotiating for months to interview CB.

BKA is currently going through the extradition with Italy which should take a couple of months.

There is no way the Germans will allow CB to be extradited to Portugal.

Portugal lost the plot right from the beginning and not just once.

Brueckner will not be extradited to Portugal.  They couldn't even deal with The Rape Case.

Brueckner is a German Citizen.  Germany is the best place for him.
