Cite please for your claim that they repaid the mortgage payments ?

Good point faithlilly.  If only the McCanns had fully transparent accounts as they stated they would be, of course we'd be able to look this up from companies house.

I thought I was on ignore.

I currently don't have access to my notes but I have proved this previously. You may need to wait until Sunday week when I return from vacation.

Hold on guys and gals, after all morals have a right to vacations!  8@??)(

I believe so, that an occupied agenda as  Mr. Debunker has had must allow him a deserved vacation.

Victims of crime (for that is what UK Law currently holds the McCanns to be)

Where is the proof that the McCanns are held to be victims of crime?  It's an ongoing investigation, yes?  Ask the Leicestershire Police that one if you want ;-)

I would go with the Court of Protection to begin with, and follow it up with the tenor of Justice Tugenhadts comments in the Bennett case.

Are you aware debunker that the 'Court of Protection' applies to the following....

'For anyone who doesn't know the Court of protection is a specific piece of legislation that relates to and only to, those who do not have mental capacity to deal with matters relating to their finances, property or welfare.'

https://www.gov.uk/apply-to-the-court-of-protection

So exactly how does the Court of Protection apply to the Mccanns exactly ?

Is there something you're not telling us ?

I don't think the status was Court of Protection, which as your state

But I think it was WARD OF COURT.

Something very different.  But..... I've no understanding exactly why and Justice Hogg presided over certain rulings when the parents requests files from the LP.

My take was W of C gave government officials status to step in to return Madeleine to the UK, thus circumventing any ambiguities over the status of the parents, i.e. had they been arrested.  It could for example  have happened to the Al-Hilli children when their parents were murdered in France.  Only a thought.

No debunker refers to 'Court of Protection' on page two of this thread.

Why I don't know.

I'll be back on that one later to add a few further 'points'.
