I reckon she did it because she secretly wanted to be found out, anything to escape the clutches of her overbearing, dominating husband, even a long stint in a Portuguese jail would have been preferable.  Sadly for her the plan backfired and instead she’s been sentenced to nearly 17 more years of having to listen to his pompous pronouncements about heart anatomy and surgical procedures at breakfast every morning .

No one seems to care what happened to her...her life finished at 3.

I totally agree.  Even if they’re as innocent as lambs (which obviously they aren’t, let’s not forget Kate’s earrings and those sinister smiles outside the church) then they still deserve to be hated just because they support Everton and other reasons such as child neglect and being from Scotland/Liverpool.  Yuck.

Can you actually come up with a coherent and credible alternative explanation for why so many top government, PR, police, lawyers and state security officials positively swarmed like locusts into that little village of Praia da Luz, all in just those first few days?

Kizzy, I know you are sincere and admire how you persevere.  Unfortunately, it seems that you didn't read other forums which highlighted the opposite view to your forums with reasons.

There were at least two reasons why the Authorities jumped to it when Madeleine vanished.

1. 
  The Michael Cook/ Rachel Charles murder case in Portugal Algarve

Michael Cook was almost certainly innocent but was seriously tortured and brought to court in the battered state mentioned.   News reports of the time said that he appeared in Court in a suit that he had pood and peed in, with a broken tooth .   He was fitted up almost without doubt.

I suggest that you read that report to  parliament, by his MP Dr Robert Spinks at least twice and make a list of the ways that he was tortured and abused.  And another list of the lies told.  And a list of evidence that was not allowed

Then a list of inconsistencies etc etc.   


And it was thought at the time that the two good lawyers who were persuing the injustices after the case, were targeted killing the one and maiming the second



2.    The Leonor/ Joanna Cipriano Case

Everybody on Madeleine Mccann Forums will have heard of this case and I don't intend to go into it in depth


Once again excessive torture was used, Leonor was beaten black and blue,  lies were told.  Stories with no evidence were made up and it was a huge injustice.


3.  Chief Inspector Goncalo Amaral was prosecuted for telling lies in the case.   
He was found guilty.   He perverted the course of Judgement and poor Leonor spent 16 years in jail, for a crime most rational people do not believe she did. 

A second PJ Chief Inspector was also found guilty of lying in the case.


There are other cases of similar injustices.

Torture , lies, made up stories etc.    NO WONDER THE UK AUTHORITIES rushed important people out to Praia de Luz.



4.  I also have found evidence that Amaral lied about the original Processos 809 changing it and its contents to Processos 807-808.   Note he gave the phoney Processos 807-808 an earlier number. promoting it over the original processos 809, which was direct from the PJ Inspector who interviewed the taxi driver

5.  He also gave out disinformation about the house visited and which railway station the train from The Algarve arrived at.

I believe that Madeleine was transported to V.N.Gaia/Porto seperately from *the rich man* who ordered her abduction.   I believe she came up by white van.  He came up by train.   Another report on this has been on this forum and various forums.     



Kizzy, I took my research very seriously and actually visited the places mentioned in the two processos, so I know that Amaral was giving out disinformation.
Why?

Hi Sadie ...I have thought about it for 17 years, and nothing has ever changed my mind.

Back in the day there was the same brutality with our own UK officers...it seems its what they do.[even now]

I once witnessed a man getting his jaw broke [you heard the crack] for resisting arrest being drunk. 

I started off like everyone else willing the little girl to be found dead or alive  and end her suffering.

Then I  started seeing the parents...I even thought it was a scam and Maddie would turn up in a church somewhere.

I just always believed ..they knew where Maddie was ...to me it was the only explanation to how they behaved.



I cant accept either the reason for all who went immediately  was to protect the mccs from harm.

Would they have even known about the case you mentioned at that time...I don't think they would.

As you will no in the UK parents are arrested straight away when something happens to there child ....greiving or not.......this did not happen to the mccs...to me seems they were wrapped in cotton wool in no danger at all.




The offense applies when a child or vulnerable adult is harmed or killed by a member of their household who had frequent contact with them. The offender must have been aware of the risk of harm and failed to take reasonable steps to protect the child.


Seems to me they went after the PJ more than they ever went after them.

I believe Sadie when you loose a child abduction/accident nothing said or done can ever be any worse than that.

OG now believe her still alive and that is why they will not join Wolters in his search.   Wolters thinks he has it right, but he is mistaken, she lives.   She hasn't physically been hurt as a child appart from depriving her of the love and warmth  of her rightful family and home.

The Mccanns were great parents judging by their actions after the abduction and home videos.   You are misjudging them.   Imo you have been brainwashed by the gawd awful forum that you believed, as have millions of others.

Why haven't they succeeded in breeding the bloodline, I wonder, given that she'll be in her 20's?
Perhaps genetically passed reproductive issues, if such a thing exists. Although conception didn't seem to be much of an incumberance the first time the messiah was about.
